Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz) unsweetened pineapple tidbits
- 1 pkg. (3 oz) cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/4 cups orange pineapple juice
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, halved
- 2 cups seedless grapes
- 6 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 2 mangoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 can mandarin orange slices, drained

Preparation
Step 1
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice; set aside. (Discard remaining juice.) In a medium saucepan, combine pudding mix, pineapple juice and orange-pineapple juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat and cool.
In a large glass bowl, combine fruit. Drizzle with pudding mixture. Refrigerate until serving.
