Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake

Ingredients
- Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 1/2 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- Chocolate Chip cookie dough
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- Cheesecake batter
- 2 8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
- 3 jumbo eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
1. Make a Graham Cracker Crust
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter or margarine, and cinnamon until well blended . Press mixture into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 7 minutes. Cool. If recipe calls for unbaked pie shell, just chill for about 1 hour.
2. Make some cookie dough
Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In a medium bowl, cream together the melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar until well blended. Beat in the vanilla, egg, and egg yolk until light and creamy. Mix in the sifted ingredients until just blended. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand using a wooden spoon.
3. Make cheesecake batter
Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla with mixer for 3 minutes.
4. Put globs of cookie dough in cheesecake batter.
5. Pour into springform pan.
6. Top with more cookie dough around edge.
7. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
8. Let chill in fridge for 3 hrs or overnight.
9. Eat!
