Peanut Butter Cheesecake Cookie Bars

Ingredients

• 16 ounce roll peanut butter cookie dough
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup peanut butter chips

Preparation

Step 1

1.Grease an 8x8 pan and set aside.
2.In mixing bowl, place softened cream cheese, egg, vanilla, and sweetened condensed milk. Beat until smooth and creamy. Stir in peanut butter chips.
3.Pat half of cookie dough into bottom of greased 8x8 pan. Pour cheesecake mixture over this.
4.Break up remaining cookie dough and scatter on top of cheesecake mixture in pan.
5.Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes, or until lightly browned on top.
