Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1 (3.4 oz) box of instant butterscotch pudding
- 1/4 Cup of butterscotch topping
- Frosting:
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 tsp Butterscotch Flavoring (you can use caramel or rum flavoring)
- 1/4 Cup Butterscotch Topping
- 1/4 Cup Milk or Heavy Cream
- 4 Cups Powdered Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
Add the pudding mix and butterscotch topping to the cake mix and make according to directions on cake mix box.
Frosting:
Mix butter, butterscotch topping, flavoring, and milk/cream with an electric mixer on low speed. Alternately add powdered sugar until desired consistency is reached. You may need to add more milk or cream to achieve correct consistency.
Drizzle with more butterscotch topping if desired.
