- 2 large ripe Bananas (mashed)
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh Ginger (grated; juice retained)
- 1 tablespoon Molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 2 cups Oat Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Coconut Oil to grease muffin tray

instructions Preheat oven to 365 degrees F. Lightly grease a muffin tin and set aside.
