Ingredients
- Ganache:
- 1 Graham Cracker Crust
- 8 0unces cream cheese, at room temp
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Preparation
Step 1
1.Place softened cream cheese, egg, vanilla, and condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Stir in chocolate chips and pour into crust.
2.Bake at 350 for 25-28 minutes, or until set in the center. Allow to cool completely.
To make Ganache, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream in a small sauce pot over low heat. Stir constantly until melted and well blended. Pour over top of cheesecake and allow to cool.
3.Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
