Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond flavoring
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 14 ounce canned fruit cocktail, undrained

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and beat well. Pour into oiled and floured loaf pan and bake at 350° for 35 – 40 min.
Remove from the oven and top with a mixture of 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon flour and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Return to oven for approximately 5 min. or until sugar mixture is melted.
