Ingredients
- 4 veal cutlets (can use chicken)
- 2 T flour
- salt
- black pepper
- 1/4 c oil
- 2 onions, sliced thin & seperated in rings
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- mushrooms (use liquid)
- 2 T snipped fresh parsley
- 2 T capers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/2 c wine

Preparation
Step 1
Coat meat & brown in oil, remove from pan
Saute onions until golden in same pan with crunchies from meat, deglaze pan with wine, scrape up goodies & add remaing ingredients. Put meat back in pan. Cover & cook slowly for 20-30 minutes.
Can be put in a casserole & bake in 325* oven for about an hour. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
