Ingredients
- 1 5-6 lb. beef tenderloin
- olive oil
- salt - kosher or sea
- black pepper
- small amount soy sauce
- " " wine vinegar

Step 1
Tuck small end under - (doubling)
Put on large piece of foil - leave open and broil for 7 minutes on each side then close foil and bake for 15 minutes at 350*.
Can make slits and put slivers of garlic in slits.
Serve with horseradish sauce (mayo & horseradish
