Ingredients
- 2-3 tbs oil
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1 celery stalk, finely diced
- 1 (16 oz can) stewed tomatoes
- handful of barley
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- 1 can (large) veg-all
- 1 can lima beans
- 1 small can peas or corn
- 1-2 potatoes, cubed

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and celery in oil. Add stewed tomatoes, barley, salt, pepper and paprika. Cook 15 minutes with lid on over low heat.
Add veg-all, lima beans and corn (undrained). Using tomato can, add 1-1 1/2 cans of water. Cook for 45 minutes. Add potatoes and cook for another 30 minutes.
