Ingredients

  • 1 lb. wieners, sliced
  • 16 -oz. can (1-3/4 cup) pork & beans
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion or 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 8 -oz. can of biscuits
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400º. In saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil, simmer 5 minutes. Spoon hot mixture into ungreased 8 or 9 inch square pan. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits, arrange over hot meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes until biscuits are golden brown & no longer doughy.
