chicken crumble with toasted almonds

You know a lot about crumbles and I love them but this is an special savoy crumble with toasted almonds!

- 1/2 cup (120 ml) of oil
- 200 grs. of ham (finely chopped)
- 500 grs of chicken (chopped)
- 4 green onions (Finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup of celery peel and chopped
- 1 tablespoon of dry organ
- 2 carrots peel and chopped
- 5 potatoes peel in cubes
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup (240 ml) of double cream
- To crumble
- 2 cups (280 g.) of flour all purpose
- salt
- 1 cup (240 g.) of almonds peel in slices
- 100 grs. butter cold in cubes

Method
1. Make the dish, In a pot heat the middle of oil to slow to medium heat, add the ham and chicken. Cook by 6 to 7 minutes until is golden. Reserve.
2. in other pot (or the same) place the rest of oil and add the green onions, celery,organ, carrots and potatoes. Cook about 6 to 7 minutes and the mix of ham and chicken. Empty the chicken broth, sasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until the potatoes are soft, add the double cream, stir and cook by 5 minutes more. Cut de fire.
3. Preheat the oven to medium high heat
.
4. Make the crumble, in a bowl place the flour, salt and almonds, add the butter and mix with your hands making crumbles.
5. In a oven dich place the mix of chiken, cover with the crumble and bake until is golden. Take out the oven and serve.
