Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
- 2 - 10 oz. Rotel tomatoes
- 2 cans black beans, drained & rinsed
- 2 cans kidney beans (light red)
- 2 cans pinto beans
- 2 cans white shoepeg corn or sweet white corn, undrained
- 2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 2 Tbs. chili powder
- 1-1/2 cup water
- Sour cream
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips or corn bread

Step 1
Brown meat & onion together. Drain excess fat. Add remaining ingredients & bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer 2 hours. May be placed in crock pot on low heat 4-6 hours. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, corn bread or tortilla chips
