Ingredients
- 4 cups vodka
- 1/2 cup grated lemon rind (about 7 lemons)
- 3 cups water
- 1.5 cups sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Takes two weeks to infuse
Combine vodka and rind, let stand at room temp for two weeks
Strain through a sieve into a bowl
Combine water and sugar in saucepan
Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves
cool to room temp and add to vodka mixture
Divide evenly and seal
Store in fridge for up to 1 year
