Ingredients

  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 jar La Victoria Med. Green Salsa Verde
  • 2 cups La Palmas enchilada sauce
  • 4 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup green onions, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Spread 1 cup Las Palmas in Pyrex dish. Cover with three tortillas. Turn tortillas over to coat with sauce.

Mix chicken with sour cream and green onions. Spread over tortillas. Cover with 3/4 jar La Victoria green salsa verde. Sprinkle half shredded cheese over chicken.

Cover with remaining tortillas. Spread remaining La Victoria over tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with remaining Las Palmas.

Heat in 350 oven until cheese melts and chicken is heated through.
