- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
