Ingredients

  • 2 CHICKEN CUTLETS (DICED)
  • 1 PLUM TOMATO (DICED)
  • 1 ENVOLOP KNORR BEARNAISE SAUCE
  • BUTTER
  • 1 CUP ORZO
  • 1 CUP FROZEN MIXED ITALIAN VEGTABLES
  • 1/2 ONION (DICED & SAUTED)
  • 1/4 WHITE WINE
  • Panko Bread Crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

1- Cook 1 cup orzo according to package

2- Make bearnaise sauce according to package but reduce milk to 3/4 cup and add 1/4 wine.

3- Mix all ingredients now in a bowl and place in cassarole dish.

4- Microwave 5 mins then stir. Microwave another 5 mins then stir and then sprinkle top with panko bread crumbs.
