Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cans (14 oz) pinto beans
- 1 can (14 oz) tomatoes with chilies
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) chopped tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 pkg dry hidden valley dressing mix
- 1 pkg dry taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (15 1/4 oz) corn, drained (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef and onions in skillet. Drain. Put all ingredients in the crockpot. Cover. Cook on LOW 4 hours, or until ingredients are heated through. Serve with grated cheese, corn or tortilla chips, & sour cream.
"**There are lots of variations-- can add Velveeta or cheddar cheese, pork and beans, black beans, pizza sauce, etc. We have tried cut-up tamales from the can and it is YUM!"
