Ingredients

  • 3 c sugar
  • 1 c butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3 c flour
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 2 c peaches, coarsely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and combine dry ingredients and add on slow speed. Fold in sour cream and peaches.

Bake in 350 deg. oven
75-80 mins for bundt cake pan
60 mins. for 7 to 8 mini loaves.
