Ingredients

  • 1 Large head of Garlic
  • 1 Tsp. Olive oil
  • 1 Tbs.Butter
  • 1 Tbs. all purpose Flour
  • 1 1/3 cups Whipping cream
  • 1/8 Tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 + Tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 Tsp. Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the top off the Garlic, wrap in foil and bake at 350F. for 45-50 minutes.

Let cool and squeeze into a small bowl and mash with a fork.

In a heavy saucepan, heat the Butter until hot.

Stir in the Flout, cook for 1 minute. Gradually stir in the Cream, mashed

Garlic, salt and pepper.

Heat to boiling, boil and stir 1 minute, or unti thickened. Serve hot over

cooked Salmon or Pasta.
