Broccoli Casserole (like Green Bean Caserole)

Ingredients

• 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tea. soy sauce
• 1/8 tea. pepper
• 4 cups bite-size broccoli florets, lightly steamed
• 1 1/3 cups French's French Fried Onions, divided
• 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
• pinch of nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix soup, milk, soy sauce, pepper, broccoli, 2/3 cups onions, 1/2 cup cheese and nutmeg in a 1 1/2 qt. baking dish.

Bake 25 minutes, or until heated through.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining onions and cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
