Ingredients
- 1/2 lb bacon, chopped fine
- 1 white onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 lb very sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp horseradish
- salt and pepper
- firm white bread (like Pepperidge Farm)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix the first 5 ingredients together and "smoosh" onto slices of bread.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, cut off crusts then cut into bite-sized tidbits.
