Ingredients

2 garlic calves, minced
2 Tbs Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 dash sea salt
2 Tbs golden balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. EVOO

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients except EVOO in bowl. Whisk very slowly in the EVOO ugolden hick & creamy. Place n container. Refrigerate up to 2 wks in refrigerator. Bring to room temperature prior to using.
