***Molly’s Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 sticks softened butter
• 3 cups old fashioned oatmeal
• 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Put butter and sugar in a bowl and cream together. Add flour and baking powder and mix until blended. Mix in oatmeal.

Drop by spoonfuls 2" apart on Silpat on cookie pan. Bake 12 min. in preheated 375° oven. Cool 15 min. on sheet or they will crumble when you take them off. Very important
