CUT BEEF ON A DIAGONAL ACROSS THE GRAIN, INTO SLICES 1 INCH WIDE. PLACE THESE IN THE CROCK POT. IN A SMALL BOWL COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS. POUR OVER MEAT AND MIX. COVER ON LOW FOR 3-5 HOURS
