- 1 CUP SOUR CREAM
- 1 STICK BUTTER
- 1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
- 1 TBSP MINCED ONION
- 2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR

Step 1
USING A LARGE BOWL PLACE HASH BROWNS THEN ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS WORKS BEST IF USE HANDS TO MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. TRANSFER OVER TO A 9X13 BAKING DISH AND BAKE UNCOVERED FOR 1 HOUR AT 350 (STIR AFTER 30 MINUTES)
