Ingredients
- 3/4 cup(s) sugar
- 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup(s) water
- 1 cup(s) whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cup(s) sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
In small saucepan combine sugar and gelatin, mixing well, then add the water and let it stand 5 mins.

2. Bring to a full boil stirring constantly.

3. Remove from heat and add the whipping cream.

4. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream with the vanilla.

5. Gradually add the hot sugar mixture into the sour cream and beat til smooth.

6. Pour into a 4 cup mold or several individual molds or ramikins.

7. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.

8. Unmold and top with fresh lightly sugared strawberries.
