Ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 C sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1 C pumpkin
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/4 C softened butter
- 1 C chopped pecans, or raisins

Step 1
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices. Combine pumpkin, sugar, milk, and egge in separate mixing bowl.
Add dry ingredients and softened butter; mix until well blended. Stir in nuts or raisins. Bake in well greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
