Ingredients
- 1 bunch of cilantro-chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of saffron threads
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- juice of one lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together, cover and let sit for two hours. Cover fish on both sides and leave for at least one hour.
