Ingredients
- 4 slices of nitrate free lunch meat
- 4 egg whites
- Veggies of choice (I used broccoli (finely cut), onions, green onions & mushrooms)
- Sea Salt
- garlic powder
- ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Line muffin tins with 1 slice of lunch meat each.
Fill cups with finely chopped veggies.
Take egg whites and season and pour evenly into each cup. (it may seem like there is not enough, but it will rise during cooking so don't over fill.)
Bake at 350 for 30 min.
Each cup is a 1/2 serving of protein
