Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. low-fat (1%) milk
- 1/4 c orange juice
- 3 large eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp grated orange zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 # loaf Challah bread, cut into twelve slices
- 1 orange, sectioned
- 1 c. raspberries
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1 c. strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp maple syrup

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Spray 2 jelly-roll pans with nonstick spray.
Whisk together the mik, orange, juice, eggs, egg whites, sugar, cinnamon, orange zest, and vanilla in a large bowl. Add the bread, two pieces at a time, and soak, turningk until saturated about 1 minute. Place the soaked bread on the pans. Bake until slightly puffed and browned, about 12 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, combine the orange, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and maple syrup in a bowl. Serve with the French toast
