Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. commercial egg nog
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 2 tbsp. rum or 1/4 tsp. rum flavo

Preparation

Step 1

Generously butter 10" bundt pan on bottom and sides. Press sliced almonds on bottom and sides of pan.

Mix all ingredients together in electric mixer. Beat until blended and creamy. Pour batter in pan.

Bake in 350°oven 45-55 min. or until cake tester comes out clean in the center. Cool in pan 10 min. then on rack until completely cooled.
