- 24 chicken tenders
- salt & pepper
- 24 skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 3 T. vegetable oil
- 2 T. barbecue sauce
- 1 1/4 c. bread crumbs

Step 1
Sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper. Fold chicken strips lightly and weave them onto the skewers.
In small bowl, stir together the oil and barbecue sauce. Spread the bread crumbs on a sheet of wax paper. Lightly brush the sauce mixture over the chicken strips and roll them in bread crumbs.
Grill the chicken fingers uncovered until no longer pink, about 2-4 minutes per side on gas grill.
Serve with dipping sauce of choice.
