Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup flour

Step 1
Beat eggs, oil and milk.
Add salt and baking soda.
Add flour and mix well.
Dough will be kind of sticky. Turn it out on a floured counter top. Knead more flour into dough so you can roll it with a floured rolling pin. Roll it out to about 1/8 inch thickness. While rolling dough put flour under it so it doesn’t stick to the counter. Flour surface of dough lightly and let dry on counter for three and a half to 4 hours.
When dry, fold dough several times and slice off folded end to desired width. After noodles are cut, put them a little by little into boiling chicken broth. Stir between each addition so noodles don’t stick.
Chicken Broth:
While boiling a whole chicken add:
One small chopped onion.
Fresh minced or dehydrated garlic
Seasoning salt.
When chicken is done shred and add to
the noodles.
