***Monku in Nevada’s Crab Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 loaf of sourdough French bread - my Mom always used a round one, but baguette style will also work.
- 1/2 c. melted Sierra Nevada cultured butter mixed with 1-2 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 lb. fresh crab meat
- 1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise

Preparation
Step 1
Slice bread in half horizontally. Cut individual pieces, but not down through the bottom on the loaf.

Spread with garlic butter and put under broiler until lightly toasted.

Lightly mix together crab, swiss cheese, mayonnaise.

Spread over toasted bread.

Place in hot oven, 400°, 10-15 minutes or until heated through
