Ingredients
- 1 can (16-oz.) ORTEGA Refried Beans - Fat Free
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 packet (1.25-oz.) ORTEGA Taco Seasoning Mix - Regular
- 1 package (10-count) ORTEGA Tostada Shells (10 ct), warmed
- 2 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (4-oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained

Preparation
Step 1
COOK beans, onion and seasoning mix in a medium saucepan, stirring frequently, until heated through.
SPREAD bean mixture evenly over tostada shells. Top with toppings.
TOPPINGS: 2 1/2-cups shredded lettuce, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 can (4-oz.) sliced ripe olives, 2 avocados (sliced), 1/2 cup Ortega Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce.
