Ingredients
- 12 new potatoes (about 2 pounds), cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
