Ingredients
- 4 slices cinnamon-raisin bread
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 small red apple, cored and thinly sliced into 8 rings
- 1 Tbsp margarine or butter, softened

Preparation
Step 1
Spread 2 slcies of the bread with the mayonnaise. Layer each slice of bread with one slice of cheese, half of the apple slices, and another slice of cheese.
Top each layered slice with another slice of bread. Spread outsides of each slice of bread with butter or margarine.
Cook over medium-low heat for 6 to 8 minutes or till golden and cheese is melted, turning once. Serve Immediately.
