Oh my goodness!! Who knew making crepes could be so easy! I made these for a MOPS meeting, and got many comments about how impressive it was that I MADE them myself. I just kept saying how easy it was. It dirtied two things: blender and pan. Amazing. We
Amazingly simple. Prepare the recipe ahead of time and leave in blender in fridge until it's time to serve. I served these as dessert with guests last night, and had all the fruit pre-sliced. My guests enjoyed making their own, and while they didn't all use the same fruits - they definitely all used the Nutella! I added vanilla and sugar to the recipe for the dessert affect. Extremely easy to prepare and fast to cook, I give this recipe 5 stars.
This recipe is fantastic!!! It was very easy to make and very tasty.... I was very impressed with the comments of others on how really easy it was..... Great Recipe! Thanks!
Very good and easy to make! To make it a dessert crepe recipe, I added 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 1 tbsp white sugar.
I've never made crepes before and now I don't know why as these were so easy. I filled them with cheese and bacon filling from this site
and a mushroom and watercress filling. All the family really enjoyed them. I'm going to make them as dessert next time. Thanks.
This is a good recipe for basic crepes which I have used often. For those times when I want a sweeter, dessert-type crepe, I substitute standard yellow cake mix for the flour since it contains just the right amount of sugar and vanilla flavoring. The result is a lovely, delicately-flavored dessert crepe.
Super easy and not greasy! This recipe will replace the one I've been using for years and years. I used whole wheat pastry flour. We stuffed them with cottage cheese and fresh strawberries. A little powdered sugar never hurt either!
YUM! I tried a different crepe recipe last night and it was strange and rubbery. These crepes were easy and came out perfect! I made them for lunch and filled them with ricotta, a little Parmesan, and chicken pieces cooked in chicken broth and good marinara sauce. Try these... you'll like 'em!
These were wonderful and so simple!! I added a touch a vanilla which worked very well.
I added a bit of vanilla and sugar, superb!
This was my first attempt at crepes. They turned out super! I kept it light by spreading a layer of cool whip on them and added sliced sweetened strawberries. Rolled them and added a dollop of cool whip. Yum!
I never knew making crepes could be so easy! They are delicious by themselves. However I put strawberry yogurt and bananas! Mmmmmmmmm good! I can't wait to make these when my friends come over! I have no dought they will gobble them right up. My
dad ate three right away! SOOOO GOOD!
This was my first attempt at making crepes. The only thing I changed was adding a pinch of sugar. I filled them with fresh diced strawberries folded into strawberry yogurt, and topped them with fresh strawberry halves set in whipped cream. OUTSTANDING! SO EASY!
Wonderful wonderful, my husband loved them. I did have to double crepe recipe but realized I may have made large crepes. But they taste awesome and so easy to make. Thanks.
These are really easy, and really good. I've used them for chicken salad, eggs, ham and cheese, and fruit and whipped cream. They are very versatile!
