Ingredients
- MEAT MIXTURE
- 1 slice white bread
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 lb. ground sirloin
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- FILLING MIXTURE
- 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled, chopped
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 pieces bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 c. shredded Parmigiano Reggiano

Preparation
Step 1
Soak bread in milk and gently mix together with all of the meat ingredients.

Roll meat mixture out flat approximatedly 9“x12”

Gently mix all the filling ingredients together.

Spread on top of meat mixture leaving an inch clear all around.

Roll up meat and pinch together to seal the end of the roll.

Put seam side down in loaf pan.

Spread 1/2c. ketchup on top.

Bake in 350° oven for 45 min. to an hour or until done.

Drain pan and serve...
