White Chocolate Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 6 (1oz.) squares white chocolate
- 2 c. plus 3 tbsp. heavy whipping cream, divided
- 2 (8oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 18 biscotti-style ladyfingers
- 1/3 c. Godiva cappuccino liqueor
- Garnish: white choc. curls

Preparation
Step 1
In med. bowl, combine white chocolate and 3 tbsp. cream. Microwave on high in 30-sec. intervals, stirring between each, till chocolate is melted and smooth (about 1½ mins. total) Let cool for 10 mins.
Add cream cheese and vanilla to chocolate mixture, stirring till smooth.
In lg. bowl, beat 2 cups cream at med-high speed w/ an electric mixer till stiff peaks form. Add chocolate mixture, stirring gently to combine. Cover, and chill for 30 mins.
Brush ladyfingers evenly with liqueur; break ladyfingers into ¼” pcs.
In 4 individual parfait glasses, evenly layer ladyfingers and white choc. mixture. Garnish with white chocolate curls, if desired. Serve immediately.
