Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 1 large garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tbs chili powder
- 1 (16 oz) can Mexican style stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can kidney bean, drained
- 1 1/3 cup frozen corn
- white rice

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, saute turkey, onions, garlic and chili powder. Stir until turkey is crumbled and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes.
Serve over rice.
