Here's a quick way to satisfy those late afternoon or evening crabings-with minimal POINTS. You can substitute sliced peach, mango, pineapple or kiwi fruite for the strawberries and use toasted cinnamon-raisin bread in place of the English muffins

- 1 banana
- 1/4 c part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 oz nonfat cream cheese
- 2 cinnamon-raisin English muffins, split and toasted
- ripe strawberries, thinly sliced

Step 1
Combine 1/2 the banana, the ricotta, and the cream cheese ina blender. Whirl just until smooth. Thinly slice the remaining banana half.
Spread the banana mixture evenly over the toasted muffins. Top with overlapping slices of banana and strawberries.
