Ingredients
- 1/2 Tsp of Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp of Non-Fat Dry Milk
- 1/2 and 1/8 Cups of splenda
- 1 1/2 Tbsp of Skim Milk
- 1/4 Cup of Light Oleo
- 1/8 Tbsp of Vanilla
- 1/2 Tbsp of Cocoa

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, heat Oleo and Skim Milk until Spread is just melted. Blend together Non-Fat Dry Milk, Cornstarch, and Splenda and then whisk mixture into Oleo/Skim Milk mixture. Heat mixture stirring constantly until it thickens (do NOT boil). Remove from heat and cool for 2 minutes. Then add Vanilla and sprinkle in cocoa whisking vigorously. Spread on cooled cake.
