Ingredients
- Dry Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Flour
- 1 Tsp of Baking Powder
- 1/8 Tsp of Salt
- 1/4 Cup and 1 Tbsp of Cocoa
- 3/4 Cup Splenda
- 3/4 Tsp of Baking Soda
- 200 ML of Non-Fat Dry Milk
- Wet Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup of unsweet Applesauce
- 1/2 Cup and 1 Tbsp of Whole Milk
- 1 Egg, Room Temperature
- 1 Egg White, Room Temperature
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. Lightly grease and flour two 8" cake pans.
Mix all dry ingredients. Add the rest (wet) of the ingredients and blend at low speed until all ingredients are combined. Beat at medium to high speed for 3 minutes or until color of mixture lightens.
Pour mixture into cake pans and bake for 30 minutes.
