  • 4 FLOUR TORTILLAS
  • 4 TBSP CHEDDAR CHEESE

Step 1

HEAT OVEN TO 375 SPRAY COOKIE SHEET. SPRAY LARGE NONSTICK SKILLET. HEAT OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT UNTIL HOT. ADD SAUSAGE ONION, AND POTATOES; COOK 8-10 MINUTES OR UNTIL SAUSAGE IS NO LONGER PINK AND VEGETABLES ARE TENDER, STIRRING FREQUENTLY. REMOVE FROM SKILLET. COVER TO KEEP WARM. ADD EGG TO SAME SKILLET COOK 3-5 MINUTES OR UNTIL FIRM BUT MOIST. SPREAD EACH TORTILLA WITH 1 TBSP CHEESE SPREAD TO WITHIN 1/2 INCH OF EDGE. PLACE ON SPRAYED COOKIE SHEET. SPOON 1/4 OF EGG PRODUCT AND 1/4 SAUSAGE DOWN CENTER OF TORTILLA. FOLD AND INSERT TOOTHPICK.

BAKE AT 375 FOR 3-4 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED. SERVE WITH SALSA.
