Ingredients
- 1 tomato per person ( the best you can find)
- 5 About 5 basil leaves per tomato
- 4 oz. fresh mozzarella per tomato ( buffalo milk mozzarella from Italy)
- 1 tsp. olive oil per tomato
- Sea SAlt or Kosher salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cut tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Slice cheese to 1/8-1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle tomato slices with salt. Top with a basil leaf and a slice of cheese. You pick the order you like-basil first? cheese first? Arrange on plate and drizzzle with olive oil.
