Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 cup apple juice
- 2 tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup light cream or softened vanilla ice cream
- to taste Chambord liquor

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the berries, apple juice, sugar and lemon juice in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer, cover and allow to steep for 15 minutes away
from heat.
Cool over an ice bath. Puree in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine strainer to remove seeds.
Blend chilled puree with light cream or softened vanilla ice cream and Chambord. Serve chilled.
