Ingredients
- 2 2/3 Cups Self-Rising Flour
- 12 oz of Beer Freshly opened, Chilled or not

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees. Lightly grease a 9" X 5" X 3" Loaf Pan.
Put Flour in medium bowl and add Beer. Stir with rubber spatula until just mixed and Flour is completely moistened.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes until top is lightly brown, sides pull away from pan and toothpick inserted near center is dry.
Cool in pan on wire rack 5 minutes then turn out on rack to cool.
To serve, cut into 1/2" slices with bread knife.
Variations to Recipe:
Mix Flour with any of the following:
1 Cup of Shredded Cheese
1/2 Cup of Thin Sliced Mushroom
1 1/2 tsp of Poultry Seasoning
Bacon Bits
Crushed Pineapple
Also:
1 Cup of Chopped Onions
1/2 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 Tsp of Italian Seasoning
