Ingredients

2 lbs of Ground Beef
1 Cup of Water
1 Package (6 oz) of Stuffing Mix
2 Large Eggs, Room Temperature and Beaten
1/2 Cup of BBQ Sauce (1/4 for mixture and 1/4 for top of meatloaf)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees.

Combine all ingredients (except for the 1/4 Cup of BBQ Sauce) and shape into a loaf. Place loaf on foil on a 9" X 13" sheet pan or a 9 1/2" Loaf Oval pan and bake for one hour or until temperature probe reaches 160 degrees.
